White eggs are proving to be eggceptional when it comes to sustainable production and it’s no secret that demand for our white eggs has grown – so much so that our hens just can’t keep up with production. We’ve had to do something about it.
We are leaders in the industry when it comes to innovation and sustainability, so to ensure constant supply to our customers, we have worked tirelessly to invent a way of turning brown eggs white.

This revolutionary process development helps us keep on top of the demand for white eggs and meet sales demand. We eggspect that we can also reverse the process and turn white eggs brown but at this stage it’s proving more difficult technologically.”
