From the outset we have adopted the principles of the Three E’s (ethical, environmental and economic) that encompass sustainability. This we did long before it became common practice to consider the environment as part of business practice.
Creating a welfare friendly farming model that’s replicable and sustainable – even for our producers on severely disadvantaged land, is something we are proud of. Aligning with customers like McDonald’s and Sainsbury’s who share the same sustainable ethos is also important to us – it’s how we work.
